What is your return policy in case the appliance has issues?
Return and Exchange Policy for Faulty Appliances:
1. Return Period: Customers can return faulty appliances within 7 days from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, is required for all returns.
2. Condition: Appliances must be in their original condition and packaging. The store reserves the right to assess the appliance to confirm the fault and its eligibility for return or exchange.
3. Fault Confirmation: Customers need to provide details about the appliance’s fault. A store technician may examine the product to verify the reported issue.
4. Refund, Exchange, or Repair: Depending on the customer’s preference and product availability, we may offer a refund, an exchange for the same or a similar product, or repair services for the faulty appliance.
5. Manufacturer’s Warranty: If the appliance is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, customers may be directed to contact the manufacturer for warranty-related repairs or replacements.
6. Exceptions: Certain items, like opened or used appliances, may not be eligible for return unless they are defective. Consumables, accessories, or items damaged due to customer negligence may also be exempt from the return policy.
Do you provide delivery services for the appliances purchased?
Our delivery service is only available within Saudi Arabia. Depending on the recipient’s specified delivery address, our delivery service is anticipated to require an estimated 4-7 working days for processing and transit. Throughout the shipment process, you will receive timely notifications at every stage, either through email correspondence or by accessing the information under the ‘My Account’ section on our platform.
